Peer Support Group for adults 30+ years with ADHD

Welcome to a Peer Support Group for adults 30+ years with ADHD.

You don’t need to have a diagnosed ADHD to join. The group is for non-Finnish speakers, and we will discuss in English.

The group will meet on Wednesdays every second week in Helsingin seudun erilaiset oppijat ry (HERO). The address is Mannerheimintie 44 A, 3^rd floor.
Participation is free.

Meetings at HERO on Wednesdays from 6 pm to 8 pm and 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm.
