Peer Support Group for adults 30+ years with ADHD

Welcome to a Peer Support Group for adults 30+ years with ADHD.
You don’t need to have a diagnosed ADHD to join. The group is for non-Finnish speakers, and we will discuss in English.
The group will meet on Wednesdays every second week in Helsingin seudun erilaiset oppijat ry (HERO). The address is Mannerheimintie 44 A, 3rd floor.
Participation is free.
Meetings at HERO on Wednesdays from 5 pm to 7 pm.
